I start my 10 days liquid diet tomorrow. I have everything hopefully ready to go. I have broths, and jello and suger free popsicles. I also have my protien drinks ready to go. I have a few to try out to see what I like and what I dont.
Today I also weighed and measured and took pictures so I can follow the journey. I will post those on here later.
I even bought a book to make sure and track what I am eating/drinking.
